Rene Lippens called the meeting to order at 7pm. Roll Call: Rene Lippens, William Castle. And Dan Robitalle.
Zachary Priebe 3778 Co 416 20th Rd. Gladstone Michigan 49837. Property # 21-007-129-018-00. Legal Description of property EB-29 0/3 303D SEC.29 T40N R23W, .30a COM 33’ N& 208.5’ W OF SE COR. OF SW ¼ OF SW ¼, TH N208.5’,TH W 50’, TH S208.5’ TH E 50’ TO POB.
Mr. Priebe was asked why he wanted a variance and what he wanted to do? Mr. Priebe stated the home he owned burned down and he would like to rebuild in the same place as the original home. Using the same foot print as was there.
There were 2 letters of support read from the neighbors on both sides of the property.
Mr. Priebe stated they will have the foundation inspected, and if it is ok they will use the foundation that is there.
Mr. Lippens asked the people who attended the meeting if there were any questions. There were none.
They board of appeals voted 3 to 0 to approve the variance.
